My Name is Vijaya Kumar Rama, Team Leader IT Applications, responsible for Work Management System project roll out at ADNOC Sour Gas. We at ADNOC embarked on a widely custom-built SAP application “Work Management System” (Permit to work) on SAP Fiori Platform. This application is platform Agnostic and compatible on the mobility platform. For effective utilization of this application by our plant operations team at Shah site, we had to provide our personnel with mobile devices at short notice, as this is likely to have a significant impact on our Operations. Having finalized the i-Safe devices for the purpose, we had requested Autochim systems for early delivery with a demand of dedicated support to our not-so-technical workforce. In spite of a large number of devices requirement from all the ADNOC group companies, Mr. Rahul and Team had shown exemplary dedication in shouldering the hectic workload in terms of technical support and user training. While we are proud to be the first company in ADNOC group to go live with Work Management System successfully with minimum issues, some of the credit can surely be attributed to the Autochim system, thanks to their excellent support, responsiveness, and issue resolution. This is even more remarkable in an environment with Severe Covid restrictions and remote support throughout this period.

The Project Team assigned to our project exhibited exceptionally high qualities such as they were very professional competent, supportive and could jell with our execution team as well very quick.
